Yankee Pepperoni Quiche Pizza Style Recipe
Are you eager to taste the Yankee pizza quiche without touring Times Square city? Being a quiche lover, I am pretty sure that you already got most of the ingredients set in your kitchen!
I want you guys to be able to enjoy the overwhelming taste of the pizza quiche and feel as if you were on the spot. The spices are like what you would find on the pizzeria wooden counter which you can opt for to coat your pizza. My fingers crossed that you would enjoy it as much as I do each time.

- 1 cup of shredded Mozzarella
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano

- 20 petite pepperoni slices, 10 of which are small cut and the other 10 to top up the quiche prior placing it into the oven
- 5 large tablespoons of grated Parmesan
- 10 basil leaves cut, set aside the half to top the pizza quiche up.
- A pinch of salt and pepper (to your need)
Pepperoni Quiche Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F/170C degrees.
- Prepare the custard by blending in the herbs.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs then add the fat cream.
- Add the red pepper slices, the oregano, the garlic, a pinch of pepper and salt as well as the 5 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese.
- Stir up the herby custard and place it by.
Let's get the crust filled up!

- Season up the tomatoes with a little salt to enhance its flavor.
- Pour in all of the custard as well as the herb mixture into the pie crust.
- Now top it with the remaining slices of pepperoni, pretty much like a pizza pie.
- Make your final touch by sprinkling on the left of parmesan cheese with love!
- Bake for up to 40 minutes or until the center becomes firm (avoid covering the pizza quiche).
- Get it out of the oven and top it off with the shredded basil left.
