The Tunisians crave for pastries is so intense that they make macaroni quiche even from the pasta or spaghetti leftovers. This pasta leftover quiche is fully loaded with lots of cheese and tender chicken breasts. Once done, that macaroni quiche is neatly put on the plate over the kitchen table and cut in squares; so tempting to taste a piece would surely make you ask for the recipe.

- Place the macaroni quiche mixture into the oven for 30 minutes or until the center of which gets thick.
Tip: you can still make this pasta quiche with macaroni/spaghetti leftovers on the condition that it is not mixed with the sauce. Due to the fact that the Tunisian housewife has always been thinking about minimizing the cost of the house expenses in food, this is where the origin of the pasta quiche idea came from.
